Broadalbin-Perth Central School District recently honored its dedicated employees during the annual staff recognition program, a celebration highlighting the commitment, service, and impact of faculty and staff across the district.

By a vote of 357 to 128 (73.6%), residents of the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District approved a $44,685,000 budget for the 2026-27 school year. Residents also approved a bus purchase proposition (387 to 98 votes, 79.8% approval rate), and re-elected incumbent Ryan Crane to a third five-year term on the Board of Education (414 votes). Crane was running unopposed for the seat.

Broadalbin-Perth Middle School recently recognized seventh- and eighth-grade students as Students of the Month for April. These students were selected for their hard work, leadership, and positive contributions to the school community.

Students in the Patriot Academy at Broadalbin-Perth High School, along with members of art teacher Jen Locke’s OVA Club, recently showcased their creativity and talent at the 44th annual Olympics of the Visual Arts competition in Saratoga Springs.
